Ingredients
- 2 corn tortillas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup tomato salsa (salsa ranchera)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup refried beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro and avocado slices for garnish

Instructions
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan and set aside.
- In another pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
- Pour salsa into a small saucepan and heat until simmering.
- Place tortillas on a plate, spread beans, top with eggs, and pour warm salsa over them.
- Garnish with avocado and cilantro.
