Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works great)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
