Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works great)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir well, then add Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer until thick and creamy.
  5. Add back the chicken and cooked pasta, toss well to coat.
